BanterClub ("we", "our", "us") operates the BanterClub mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our app.

We collect the following information when you use BanterClub:

• Account information: Email address, display name, and optionally your phone number when you register.
• Google account data: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google.
• Challenge data: Challenges you create or join, proof submissions (photos and text), and votes you cast.
• Device information: Push notification tokens for sending you notifications.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To enable challenge participation, proof submission, and voting
• To display leaderboards and statistics
• To send push notifications about challenge deadlines, votes, and new participants
• To generate shareable result cards

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your challenge activity (proofs, votes, scores) is visible to other participants in the same challenge. Your display name and profile are visible to other users.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on our servers. Proof images are stored on our hosting provider's infrastructure.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@obihub.com. When you delete your account, your personal data will be removed from our systems.

Third-Party Services

• Google Sign-In: Used for authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Expo Push Notifications: Used to deliver push notifications to your device.

Children's Privacy

BanterClub is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy in the app.
